The Guardian jumps through the portal in the Derelict.

Location: The Haul, The Derelict

The Guardian jumps into another portal in the Haul. A large form of the Emissary appears before the Guardian, along with a vision of the Drifter and another Guardian, Orin, sitting at a table.

Orin: I'm sorry, I just - I really miss him.

Drifter: Yeah. Me too.

Orin: [sniffles] How did you say you knew each other again?

Drifter: Oh, we, uh - Namqi and me were… were buddies. Met in a little dive on Ceres. Used to play cards. He talked about you a lot. Said the Queen trusts you to talk to the Nine for her. [scoffs] That true?

Orin: [chuckle] Yeah. Sort of. Doesn't seem important anymore.

Drifter: Yeah. Well… you ever need a shoulder to cry on, I'm here for you.

The vision of the Drifter and Orin disappears.
