Riven: Has the time come for my final meal?

Riven: Your ambitions fed me well before. I've never tasted such a gulf between desire and reality.

Riven: Then you killed me.

Riven: Now you and I have returned to the start. Last meal. Last words. Last wish.

Riven: May it bring you everything you deserve.

The Guardian enters the Tower of Opened Eyes, making their way to the Wall of Wishes

The Guardian uses Deepsight to reveal the pattern, entering the code for the fifteenth wish

You wish for a new pathway.

Riven: So the next generation of Ahamkara turns over. One last death to feed new life.

Riven: What will it feed within you?

Spirit’s Anchor, The Dreaming City

As the Guardian enacts the wish, Mara, Crow, and Petra stand before the Spirit of Riven.

Riven: This one, you shall cherish, O Guardian mine.

An iridescent portal encircled with Awoken design, manifests behind them.

Petra Venj: You’re sure about this?

The Crow: I am. It has to be me.

Crow turns to Mara, raising his palm towards her.

The Crow: We’ll find each other again.

Mara connects her palm with Crow’s.

Queen Mara Sov: Always.

A heartbeat loudly reverberates, until the two siblings separate.

Crow braces himself before jumping into the portal.

With the wish fulfilled, the portal dissolves.

Riven: I kept my promise, as you did yours. Isn’t that a pleasant surprise?

Queen Mara Sov: For that, at least, you have my thanks.

Riven: And you have mine... for always providing such a unique challenge.

Riven: To impose your desire upon reality so artfully... you could teach my children a great deal.

Riven: Until we meet again, Mara.

Mara nods as the Spirit of Riven fades, leaving behind only an inert gateway.

A moment later, the heartbeat loudly returns as Mara feels Crow’s presence.

Petra Venj: Is he—?

Queen Mara Sov: He is on his way.
