The Skyburners were under the command of Primus Ta'aun until Oryx took him. Our records says Ta'aun was bound in the shield rite to his "brothers": Valus Tlu'urn and Valus Mau'ual. Perhaps we can use this to our advantage.

*Always a pleasure, Guardian. I'll get right to the point: I'm coordinating a joint operation between Dead Orbit and the Tower. Commander Zavala and I have been using the fleet to run system-level sweeps and intel missions, and we've found something.

We know next to nothing about Cabal control structures above the system level. Perhaps in disabling this signal, and ending the legion's communication beyond the system, we'll learn something.

- Board the Dreadnaught and put an end to a Cabal transmission to the stars. Complete mission "Outbound Signal."
Talk to Arach Jalaal
We'll keep your Guardian in mind for future pushes in the Crucible. This was excellent work. The remaining Cabal forces in our system have been severely weakened.
